This article discusses about how to log into Orkut and several tips on solving the Orkut login problems.

If you already have an account with Google or Gmail, then automatically you will have Orkut account. As usual, Google is always using the principle, one account for all apps. To simply log into Orkut, you can go to the website directly at http://www.orkut.com, then enter your Gmail account name and password.

Normally when you enter Orkut homepage you will be redirected to Google login page, if you are not redirected or you find a blank page, you can click on this link to go straight to Orkut login page.

How to login to Orkut even if access is blocked?

Orkut is a social network and forum owned by Google. The site offers users to meet and interact with others through instant messaging, plus it also allows users to share videos and pictures with others. Social networking sites are considered disruptive in the workplace and educational institutions, therefore, the sites get blocked by the network administrator.

Anyway, I will show you how you can bypass this heart-breaking issue; you can use SOCKS5 proxy or use web proxy.

Orkut login using web proxy

1. Open your web browser, go to Orkutoxy or web proxy provider you usually use.
   If you have never used a web proxy, you can find the list of the best web proxy today on Google.
2. In Orkutoxy homepage you will see the address field already contains the Orkut address automatically, there’s a “GO” button beside. click it.
3. Then you will see the Orkut login page, please enter your account information, and then login.
4. If you successfully log in, then you’ll be taken to your orkut account’s main page.

Please be careful in using the web proxy services as you might be victim of account theft. Use only well known and recommended web proxy and at the truly desperate. Spite of that, do all with your own risk.
